Our fine 72% Dark Chocolate is made in small bean-to-bar batches in the UK by a chocolatier with beans grown by small farms in the Morogoro region of Tanzania. Farmers are paid 20-40% premium for the cacao beans. The cacao beans have been fermented for longer for a deep flavour with fruity, warm and nutty notes.

    * Certificate made from 100% genuine de-inked postconsumer waste. Printed in the UK

  • Tanzanian cacao is special. It’s known for its red fruits, floral notes and smooth nutty finish. And who doesn’t love chocolate? There’s a lot of potential with this crop because there is huge demand for high quality, ethical and organic chocolate world-wide.
