This speciality coffee comes from the Kilimanjaro region in Tanzania. The foothills boast fertile volcanic soils watered by mountain streams, which explains why it’s well known for its great flavour. Tanzania Kilimanjaro coffee is a unique bean with a surprising low acidity. Most coffee beans from Africa have a fruity, high acidity due to low-pH volcanic soils. However Tanzanian beans are chocolatey and smooth.

Our fine 72% Dark Chocolate is made in small bean-to-bar batches in the UK by a chocolatier with beans grown by small farms in the Morogoro region of Tanzania. Farmers are paid 20-40% premium for the cacao beans. The cacao beans have been fermented for longer for a deep flavour with fruity, warm and nutty notes.
